About
I bring five years of digital marketing experience, including a stretch running it as a two-person department at Champion Infratech. I own campaigns from the first line of raw contact data through to the last follow-up email. I bring this ownership to international, remote-first teams.
End-to-end execution across multiple channels.
Context: Champion Infratech integrates Crystal Lagoons® beach-lagoon technology into large-scale developments (3.5+ acre parcels), offering a 20–40% land value uplift. The goal was a qualified B2B pipeline of both technical influencers and final decision-makers across Bengaluru, Karnataka and Tier 1/2 India — on a ₹2,00,000 budget over 90 days (Feb–May 2024), designed and run solo with no separate execution team.
Three channels run as one system:
Sample creative: Display ad headline — "Differentiate Land Parcels (>3.5 Acres) Before Master Planning Begins." InMail subject — "Waterfront Real Estate Masterclass for Developers," framed as an exclusive briefing invite rather than a sales pitch.
Have questions about this campaign? Get in touch →Context: Champion Infratech was a platinum sponsor of the Global Real Estate & Smart Lagoon Cities Summit, held 25 November 2023 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru. I owned event marketing and speaker/delegate coordination end-to-end alongside my manager, with no separate coordination team.
Pre-event: Collected contact data and sent personalized invitations — not a generic mailer — to target developers, investors and architects, followed up individually with each confirmed speaker, and coordinated flight bookings.
Speaker & panel coordination: Grouped confirmed speakers into the summit's 8 panel discussions plus 3 individual speaker calls, ran dedicated Zoom sessions so panelists could align before appearing on stage together, and managed day-to-day coordination through WhatsApp and Zoom.
Post-event: Sent personalized thank-you emails and shared event photos and videos individually with each speaker as a relationship-building touchpoint.
Lagoon projects are large-scale, capital-intensive developments with a ~24-month typical sales cycle — the 4 confirmed projects sit alongside the 300+ qualified pipeline built for future conversion.
Beyond this summit: I represented the brand and built industry relationships across several other events — CII Realty 2023 (Delhi), the 9th Smart City India Expo 2024 (Delhi), HOPE 2024 (Goa, 90 new industry connections), Realty+ Conclave 2024 (Bengaluru), CII Delhi 2024, a CII networking yacht cruise, and NATCON 2024 in Sydney, Australia — extending lead-generation reach beyond India.
Have questions about this campaign? Get in touch →Overview: Digital Academy 360 needed to replace high-cost, low-quality leads from broad social campaigns with a scalable, high-intent omnichannel engine across Meta Ads and Google Search/Performance Max for its flagship Post Graduate Program in Digital Marketing & Analytics (₹85,000, May–Jul 2022).
What changed: Server-side Meta Pixel/CAPI tracking and CRM webhooks got leads to counselors within 5 minutes of submission; Google Ads was restructured into tight SKAGs with dedicated landing pages (Quality Score 5→9); Meta ran a full TOFU-to-BOFU funnel — UGC-style reels, higher-intent screening forms, and urgency retargeting — backed by an automated WhatsApp/email drip.
Budget was split 60/40 Meta/Google (₹3L / ₹2L), with weekly sales-feedback syncs reallocating spend toward the highest-intent age bracket (21–27) and away from cold segments — treating connect rate and intent score, not raw CPL, as the real optimization target.
Have questions about this campaign? Get in touch →Overview: Parents of JEE Class 12 aspirants who had gone cold for 30+ days, targeted with a 20,000-lead re-engagement send starting three months before the admission cycle closed. The goal was to lift open rate and CTR through segmentation and a phased messaging strategy — not just get the numbers moving.
Subject line strategy: Phase 1 led with reassurance and curiosity to rebuild trust with a dormant audience — "Is [Student's Name] still preparing for JEE 2027?" and "We kept your spot — here's why." Phase 2 introduced urgency only once opens had picked up — "Seats for the JEE batch are closing this week" — sequencing that avoided treating a dormant parent relationship like a cold sales blast.
List cleanup (suppressing hard bounces) protected sender reputation for future sends. Reactivation rate — not raw opens — was tracked as the true measure of a successful win-back, since an open alone doesn't confirm someone re-engaged.
